In addition to Mofateh, Haft-e Tir and Taleqani stations, Darvazeh Dowlat station, which is the main interchange station, was also closed. According to the management of the stations, they had never been insulted so much and faced with public discontent.

Upon reopening of the stations, masses of people started chanting anti-regime slogans criticizing anti-popular policies of the regime. The officials refrained from any reaction to people’s protests and outrage in fear of spreading discontent and protest.
