Rebellious youths target Basij centers and regime-affiliated seminaries, setting fire to signs promoting mandatory hijab and pictures of Khomeini, Khamenei, and Qassem Soleimani
On April 8, 2023, rebellious youths carried out several campaigns in different cities of Iran to honor the memory of the 36 members of the MK who were martyred in the armored attack on Camp Ashraf in Iraq in 2011.
They targeted Khamenei’s representative office in Koohdasht (Lorestan), two repressive Basij bases in Arak and Amol, and the Khomeini Relief Committee in Hamadan with Molotov cocktails. They also set fire to signs of three regime’s espionage and repression centers in Amol and Salmanshahr (Mazandaran province), a mandatory hijab promotion sign in Amol, and the banners of Khomeini, Khamenei, and Qassem Soleimani in Tehran, Shiraz, Isfahan, and Tonekabon, while chanting slogans such as “Death to Khamenei”, “Hail to Rajavi” and “No to compulsory hijab; No to compulsory government”.
