Iran: On the 14th Day of the Nationwide Uprising, Protests, Clashes Continue in Tehran, Many Cities

On Thursday, on the 14th day of the nationwide uprising, various districts in Tehran, including Ekbatan, Sadeghieh, Khaniabad, Ajudani, Valiasr, and Shahr Qods, as well as dozens of cities, including Mashhad, Bojnurd, Rasht, Lahijan, Kerman, Masjid Soliman, Bandar Abbas, Jiroft, Qom, Kermanshah, Shiraz, Gohardasht Karaj, Urmia, Piranshahr, Mahabad, Sanandaj, Naqadeh and Isfahan were the scenes of demonstrations and clashes between the people and the suppressive forces. At the end of the 14th day, the nationwide uprising of the Iranian people spread to 169 cities in all provinces.

In Tehran, in Khani Abad, rebellious youths demonstrated on motorbikes, chanting, “Death to the dictator.” In Ghaleh Hasan Khan (Shahr Qods), rebellious youths clashed with paramilitary Basij agents and were punished them. In Tehran Pars, despite the heavy presence of herds of IRGC forces and special units, the people frustrated the suppressive forces by continuously honking and chanting from inside the cars.

In Mashhad, the protestors gathered on Rahnamaie street and Jalal Al-Ahmad Boulevard and chanted, “Death to Khamenei” and “Nobel Iranians support.” The rebellious youth clashed with the special units opened fire on the people, and the rebellious youth clashed with them and forced them to flee. They also punished a mullah who insulted one of the female protesters.

In Golsar Street, in Rasht, there was a fierce conflict between the people and rebellious youths with the regime’s armed agents. Demonstrators chanted, “Mullahs must get lost.” In Fardis Karaj, rebellious youths continued their protests by a hit-and-run with the IRGG.

On Thursday in Sanandaj and Piranshahr, all the shopkeepers were on strike, and at night there were massive demonstrations with people chanting, “death to Khamenei.” In Sanandaj, suppressive forces tried to disperse the people, but the protests continued until late at night.
