All of the regime’s suppressive forces, garrisons, and organs, including the IRGC, the State Security Force, and the Ministry of Intelligence, including plainclothes agents and different forces and special units, operate under the command of Sarallah Garrison, commanded by IRGC commander-in-chief Maj. Gen. Hossein Salami. His deputy, who signs the orders, is IRGC Brig. Gen. Hossein Nejat. IRGC Brig. Gen. Hassan Hassanzadeh is the Commander of the Greater Tehran Protection Corps, and his deputy coordinator is IRGC Brig. Gen. Mahmoud Tavakoli.

Subject: Notification of the mission
In order to stabilize the security situation in Tehran and prevent possible unrest, it is necessary to implement the following on October 9, 2022.
A- Stationing forces in the morning:
By deploying security brigades and units, and auxiliary headquarters’ brigades, operational bases can demonstrate the prowess of the security forces. They should implement this directive from 09:30 am at the following points.

5- Operational division:
The operational division should be deployed in the form of motorbike mobile battalions from 09:30 am in the following locations:
- Imam Khomeini Square
- Lalezar St.
- Baharestan Square
- Sepahsalar Garden
- Ekbatan – Mellat
B- Stationing forces in the afternoon:
Operational Garrison, while recalling 100% of all Basij battalions and officers of brigades, units, and Basij Resistance areas from 15:00 hours, proceed with their deployment with priority in the following points:
- Hazrat Zahra Brigade
- Three battalions in Naziabad district under the responsibility of Brother Abedini
- Enghelab Street from Enghelab Square to Vali-e Asr Intersection under the responsibility of Brother Ma’navi
- Aal-e Mohammad Brigade
- Haft Howz Square under the responsibility of Brother Qassam – Tehranpars district under the responsibility of Brother Yar Mohammadi – Tajrish Square under the responsibility of Brother Sheikhi
- Saheb al-Zaman Unit
- Vali-e Asr Square – Taleghani Junction – Fatemi Square – Laleh Park and the intersection of Keshavarz Blvd and Hejab St.
- Imam Sajjad Unit
- Sattar Khan area is under the responsibility of Commander Khorasani
- Imam Hussain Unit
- In Pirouzi St. from Koka Intersection to Kolahdoz Square
- Imam Reza Unit
- Imamzadeh Hassan area

C- Coordination instructions
- Regarding the monitoring of night missions, units and areas of Basij resistance should take action.
- The operational bases should carefully arrange and station the Beit Al-Moqadas, Imam Hossein, and Imam Ali battalions where units and brigades are engaged in clashes.
- Activate your command post from 09:00 am.
- Observe safety and security considerations in the execution of the mission.
