Considering the current sensitive situation and the recent disturbances and the need to enlighten and improve the morale of the commanders of the bases, areas, Basij resistance units, and battalions of the combat organization, it is necessary to plan in such a way that briefing sessions and clarifying the thoughts of the commanders are conducted in a hierarchical manner, and accordingly, the commanders should brief the brothers under their command.
