Three prisoners were hanged in Zahedan

15 prisoners have been hanged since adoption of the UN General Assembly resolution four days ago

NCRI – The mullahs’ regime has hanged in public three young men identified as Mohammad Sh., Changiz N., and Ali B., in the southeastern city of Zahedan, the state-run news agency ISNA reported on December 24. Since the adoption of a U.N. Security Council resolution condemning the violations of human rights in Iran on December 19, 15 prisoners have been hanged. In the resolution the systematic violations of human rights, in particular arbitrary executions and degrading punishments, were condemned.

The Iranian Resistance calls on all international human rights organizations to condemn new wave of executions in Iran. It reiterated the fact that since the regime pays no attention to the international concerns and U.N. General Assembly’s resolutions its human rights’ dossier should be referred to the U.N. Security Council for action.
