Mullahs’ regime refuses to pay unpaid salaries of workers at Parcelon and Pashmeneh-Bafe Factories

NCRI – “Since Wednesday morning, more than 1000 deprived workers went on hunger strike at Parcelon Factory in [western city of] Khorramabad,” the state-run new agency ILNA reported on February 6.

According to the same new agency, “The workers said that the reason for their strike was unpaid salaries and benefits for December [of full time workers], unpaid salaries for contract laborers form two to eight months, and unpaid salaries for those workers who are about to retire… [The workers at Parcelon Factory said that] they went on hunger strike to feel what their hungry families are going through not having enough food on their tables.”

“350 workers of Pashmeneh-Bafe Factory” in north-western city of Qazvin gathered outside Mahmoud Ahmadinejad’s main office in Tehran demanding their unpaid salaries, ILNA reported on Wednesday.

Eide-Ali Karimi a labor representative said, “These workers [referring to Pashmeneh-Bafe workers] will have the sit-in outside Ahmadinejad’s office in Tehran until their demands are met.”

The regime’s refusal to pay workers their unpaid salaries is one of the elements of the workers’ ire against the mullah’s medieval regime.
