Iranian Resistance reminds Japanese government of its responsibilities in protecting refugees

NCRI – The Iranian resistance deeply regrets the death of a young Iranian asylum-seeker in a detention center in Japan; offers its condolences to his family and friends; and reminds the Japanese government of its responsibility to protect the refugees and the asylum-seekers, to respect their rights, and to implement the pertaining international laws and covenants.

Protecting Iranian asylum-seekers who have escaped the hellhole of execution, death and torture of the mullahs’ regime is the minimum humanitarian and lawful duty of countries that consider themselves as defenders of human rights, democracy and the rule of law; especially that seven months into Hassan Rouhani’s assumption of office, 700 mostly young prisoners have been hanged and the decrees of execution, gouging out of the eye, and cutting off the ear continue unabated.
