Iranian Resistance condemns student crack down in Tehran

Iranian Resistance condemns student crack down in TehranIn a disgusting act yesterday, the mullahs’ regime paramilitary Bassij forces, tried to bury the remains of three of their members as unsung martyrs in Mosque of Tehran’s Sharif Industial University.  They, however, met stiff opposition by students who staged a demonstration in protest to the move.

Some 2000-plus irate students beat up the Bassij members and demanded that the pro-regime University Chancellor, Saieed Sohrabpour, not allow the Bassij enter the university.

Instead of talking to the students, however, Sohrabpour tried to flee the scene but the students attached his car and broke the windshields.

Hospitalized as a result of the incident, Sohrabpour had told the students on Sunday that the burial would not take place and delayed.

According to a poll, over 82% of the Sharif Industrial University students were opposed to the burial.

Members of the Bassij force at the scene, used teargas to disperse the students.

The National Council of Resistance of Iran laudes Sharif University’s students for their defiant stand and calls on all students across the nation to expose the mullahs’ demagogic schemes designed to impose pressure and restrictions on university students.
