Iranian Resistance calls to save Saman Naseem, Kurdish political prisoner on verge of execution

The Iranian Resistance calls to save the life of Kurdish political prisoner Saman Naseem that clerical regime’s henchmen are about to execute. The Iranian Resistance is demanding a clear and unambiguous stance by the European Union and the U.S. government against this anti-human sentence for a political prisoner that was just 17 when arrested.

The Iranian Resistance also calls on all human rights bodies, in particular the UN Human Rights Council, the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, the UN Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in Iran, the Working Group on Arbitrary Detention, the Special Rapporteur on extrajudicial and arbitrary executions, and the Special Rapporteur on Child Protection, to take all necessary measures to prevent the execution of Saman Naseem.

Saman Naseem from town of Marivan was arrested in July 2011 and condemned to death in mullahs’ sham trials for “Moharebeh (enmity with God) and corruption on earth”. His death sentence was upheld by mullahs’ regime supreme court in January 2014.

Silence on part of the international community regarding the tragic situation of human rights in Iran, especially the escalating trend of executions, emboldens the clerical fascism ruling Iran not only to barbarically and systematically violate human rights, but to export its terrorism and fundamentalism and to continue with its nuclear projects.
