Iran: Twenty five prisoners hanged since April 20

National Council of Resistance of IranNCRI – The mullahs' inhuman regime hanged four prisoners identified as Mehdi, Hassan, Majid and Iraj in the notorious Evin Prison, the state-run daily Etemaad reported on May 8.

According to the state-run media twenty-five prisoners have been hanged in the past three weeks.

The Iranian Resistance calls on the international community to put an end to its silence vis-à-vis the medieval punishments and growing number of executions in Iran. It also calls for condemnation of brutal and systematic abuse of human rights by the religious fascism ruling Iran and adoption of binding measures by the UN Security Council.
