The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) announced on Wednesday, July 21, 2021, that the Coronavirus fatalities in 547 cities had exceeded 334,400.

Regime’s Medical Council: The COVID-19 death rate in Iran is higher than EU, with a population of 450 million

• Health Ministry – COVID-19 status across Iran: 232 cities are red, 117 orange, and 99 yellow. (IRNA news agency, July 21, 2021)

• Iraj Harirchi, regime’s deputy Health Minister: We have a serious problem with inpatient admissions. We have set a record in COVID-19 outpatient; 27,444 people tested positive in the past 24 hours, 3,036 were hospitalized, and 250 died. (ISNA news agency, July 21, 2021)

The number of victims in Tehran has reached 77,956, Isfahan 22,650, Khuzestan 21,271, Khorasan Razavi 20,310, Mazandaran 12,945, Fars 11,307, Gilan 10,856, Qom 10,100, Alborz 9,563, Sistan and Baluchestan 9,051, Kerman 8,068, Golestan 7,830, Central Province 6,848, Yazd 5,702, Hormozgan 5,480, Bushehr 3,779, and South Khorasan 3,076.
