Iran: Six prisoners hanged in Birjand and Gonbad-e Kavous

Iran: Twenty-one prisoners hanged in past weekSixteen hanged in ten days
NCRI – The mullahs’ henchmen hanged five prisoners without identifying them in the northeastern city of Birjand, the state-run news agency Fars reported on Tuesday.

Separately, a prisoner identified only as A.A. was hanged in the northeastern city of Gonbad-e Kavous, the official daily Kayhan report today. 

With the latest hangings, the total number of executions in past ten days adds up to sixteen.

The Iranian Resistance calls on the UN Secretary General, the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, the current session of the UN General Assembly and all international human rights organizations to condemn the regime in the ongoing UN General Assembly and to refer the Iranian regime’s  human rights dossier to the UN Security Council.
