Iran: Five prisoners hanged in Isfahan, Kazeron, and Zahedan

NCRI – Today, the henchmen of the mullahs’ judiciary hanged a prisoner identified as Mohammad A. in the prison yard in the central city of Isfahan, the official daily Kayhan reported.

At the same time, the state-run daily Iran reported that a prisoner named Mehran was hanged in public in the southern city of Kazeron.

The mullahs’ inhuman regime hanged three prisoners in the southeastern city of Zahedan, the official television website reported this morning.

Following the statement by the Chief of State Security Forces (SSF) in greater Tehran, Brig. Gen. Ahmadreza Radan, announcing the imposition of much tougher measures in the run-up to new phase of so called "public security plan," twenty-six prisoners were hanged in Tehran and other cities, last week.

The Iranian Resistance calls on all international human rights organizations, the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, the UN Secretary General and the current session of the UN General Assembly  to condemn the arbitrary executions carried out by the Iranian regime, and adopt immediate and binding measures against the brutal and systematic human rights violations in Iran.
