The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) announced on Thursday, April 29, 2021, that the Coronavirus death toll in 541 cities had exceeded 270,700. The number of victims in Tehran has reached 62,071, Isfahan 17,710, Khorasan Razavi 16,965, Khuzestan 16,484, Mazandaran 11,310, Lorestan 11,298, East Azerbaijan 11,088, West Azerbaijan 10,138, Gilan 9,444, Fars 8,302, Alborz 7,053, Sistan and Baluchestan 6,176, Hamedan 6,113 Kerman 6,089, Central Province 5,658, Kermanshah 5,424, Semnan 4,780, Yazd 4,732, Kurdistan 4,697, North Khorasan 4,028, Ardabil 3,422, Qazvin 3,129, Bushehr 2,814, South Khorasan 2,641, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari 2,210, and Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad 2,114.
