Iran: Coronavirus Mismanagement Takes the Lives of 315,900

Sistan and Baluchestan, Hormozgan, Kerman, and Bushehr provinces face a serious increase in COVID-19 hospitalization. (ISNA news agency, June 22, 2021)

The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) announced on Tuesday, June 22, 2021, that the Coronavirus death toll in 547 cities had exceeded 315,900. The number of victims in Tehran has reached 74,066, Isfahan 21,265, Khuzestan  19,941, Khorasan Razavi 19,210, Fars 10,577, Gilan 10,521, Sistan and Baluchestan 7,441, Fars 7,426, Kerman 7,138, Hamedan 6,853, Kurdistan 5,392, Hormozgan 4,465, Bushehr 3,354, Ilam 3,306, South Khorasan 2,906, and Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari 2,600.
