The number of victims in Khorasan Razavi is 7,593, Mazandaran 5,112, Isfahan 4,854, Lorestan 4,648, Gilan 4,301, East Azerbaijan 3,063, Alborz 2,951, Fars 2,916, West Azerbaijan 2,756, Hamedan 2,687, Kermanshah 2,422, Kurdistan 2,041, North Khorasan 1,804, Hormozgan 1,441, Yazd 1,354, Zanjan 996, Ilam 879, and Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari 771.

The state-run daily, Resalat, wrote, “In terms of the number of the daily death toll for Coronavirus, Iran is one of the five most seriously affected countries in the world. At the same time, Iran holds the 19th place with respect to its population, which means that in Iran, the number of Coronavirus infections and death tolls is higher than the global average. The instructions change so much every day that many citizens do not know whether they have to go to work or work remotely on the first day of the week on Saturday, neither do they know if Tehran’s traffic plan will remain in force or would it be canceled.”
