Iran: Coronavirus Death Toll Exceeds 325,000

The Health Ministry: The number of COVID-19 patients in the past 24 hours was 23,391, which is the highest number in the past 78 days and double the previous week. (IRNA news agency, July 8, 2021)

The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) announced on Thursday, July 8, 2021, that the Coronavirus death toll in 547 cities is more than 325,000. The number of victims in Tehran has reached 75,926, Isfahan 21,985, Khuzestan 20,621, Khorasan Razavi 19,795, East Azerbaijan 13,168, Lorestan 12,700, West Azerbaijan 12,033, Fars 10,962, Qom 9,930, Alborz 9,248, Sistan and Baluchestan 8,166, Kerman 7,568, Hormozgan 5,000, and North Khorasan 4,573.
