Iran: A 23-year old faces death

NCRI – Mullahs’ judiciary plans to hang Mosleh Zamani, 23, for an alleged offence committed when he was 17.

The death sentence for Zamani, who has already spent six years in prison, has been approved by mullahs’ high court despite being pardoned by the private complainant.

Due to the shocking news of his death sentence, Mr. Zamani has gone paralyzed and unable to walk. But the mullahs’ henchmen, who continue to persist on carrying out the brutal sentence, have transferred him from the city of Sanandaj prison to Dizel-Abad prison in city of Kermanshah to be hanged before Friday.

The Iranian Resistance calls on international human rights organizations and the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights and the UN Special Rapporteur on arbitrary executions to take urgent measures to stop hanging of Mr. Zamani.
