Iran: 15 prisoners hanged in less than ten days in Iran

Five prisoners hanged in Tehran’s Evin prison on Wednesday
NCRI – On Wednesday five prisoners, Hami, 29; Esfandiyar, 35; Mohammad, 40; Mohammad, 32 and Ahmad, 38, were hanged in Tehran’s notorious Evin prison, the state-run news agency Fars reported.

Mullahs’ medieval regime has hanged 15 prisoners in less than 10 days in various cities across the nation. An increase in the number of arbitrary executions in Iran reflects the extent of brutality by the regime on one hand and the regime’s fear of spreading popular protests especially by workers, students, women and the youth on the other.

The Iranian Resistance calls on all the international community to put an end to its silence vis-à-vis the medieval punishments and growing number of executions in Iran. It also calls for condemnation of brutal and systematic abuse of human rights by the religious fascism ruling Iran.
