Five prisoners, including a woman, hanged in Iran

Five prisoners, including a woman, hanged in IranNCRI – The Iranian regime has publicly hanged five prisoners in the provinces of Sistan Balouchestan (southeast), Lorestan (west), and Khorrassan (northeast). Two prisoners identified as Massoud Naroie and Abdulvahed N. where hanged in Zahedan and another prisoner named Majid Sogand was hanged in Khorramabad.

A woman and a male prisoner in Mashad were also hanged in public in recent days based on reports by state-run dailies.

The Iranian Resistance calls on international human rights organizations to condemn the wave of brutal executions in Iran, and demands the referral of the Iranian regime’s file on gross violations of human rights to the United Nations Security Council.
