NCRI- Four prisoners who had been in jail since 2007 were hanged in Tabas, northeast Iran, on March 11. They were identified as Ali Abestan, Ali Dehqan, Ali Damshad and Mahmoud Moradi.

The mullahs' inhuman regime hanged another prisoner named Hamed Mohammad Zadeh in the northwestern city of Orumieh, on March 10.

A 30-year-old man from Pars-Abad of Moghan, north Iran, was stoned to death in the Lakan prison in the northern city of Rashat. He was identified as Vali Azad, an employee of the Commerce Department. The mullahs' local judiciary refused to hand over the corpse to his family and buried him in an unknown location.

The Iranian Resistance calls on all international human rights organizations and in particular the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights to condemn the deteriorating human rights situation in Iran. It also calls for referral of the regime’s human rights dossier to the UN Security Council for adoption of immediate and binding measures.
