NCRI – At the order of Khamenei, Kazemi-Qomi, former regime’s ambassador in Baghdad, has been reassigned by the terrorist Qods Force to serve in Iraq under the cover of “economic cooperations.” This decision is taken to address the sensitive situation in Iraq vis-à-vis “three critical issues”: withdrawal of U.S. forces from Iraq, the uprising of the youth and people of Iraq against Nouri al-Maliki, and especially the issue of Camp Ashraf.
Diplomatic affaires are the responsibility of Danaifar, but presence of Kazemi-Qomi in Iraq cannot be overlooked by the regime.
Under Kazemi-Qomi’s job description and responsibilities regarding Camp Ashraf, the following elements are indicated:
• “Our assessment is that the Great Satan wants to remove them [PMOI/MEK] from the terror list in which case the Iraqi government’s hands will be tied against them; therefore, while they have not yet been delisted, we must carry out a series of operational projects for expelling Monafeqin [PMOI/MEK] in order to avoid future consequences for the regime.”
• “Convincing and obtaining the consent of the Iraqi government officials and international organizations such as the Red Cross, UNAMI, and the Commissioner of Refugees, to agree that residents of Camp Ashraf, except 100 of them, can easily return to Iran and will not face any difficulties.”
• “Mobilizing families of Shiites who have been killed by Monafeqin [PMOI/MEK].”
• “Creating the capacity for trying leaders of Camp Ashraf.”
• “Concentrating on demonstrations, gatherings, and surrounding this camp in such a way that the Iraqi military would be able to freely occupy another part of Ashraf’s soil and thus force Monafeqin [PMOI/MEK] to leave Ashraf without being able to receive excessive media coverage.”
• “Rejecting the opinion of some of Najaf city’s religious leaders that Monafeqin [PMOI/MEK] can rent, purchase, or pay taxes for Camp Ashraf under Islamic jurisprudence and be able to stay there, which allows them to approach the Iranian borders after they are delisted.”
• “Gaining cooperation of our brothers in the Supreme Council for Islamic Revolution in Iraq, the Badr Brigade, and supporters of the Islamic Republic in the Iraqi military and security forces to concentrate on Camp Ashraf and its land in order to make the Monefeqin [PMOI/MEK] leave the camp.”
