Camp Ashraf military occupation- No. 185
NCRI – Since Thursday December 22, 2011, the Iranian Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) and terrorist Quds Force have strengthened the communications towers in Southern part of Ashraf that they had installed for espionage and jamming the communications. Since few days ago the revolutionary guards and their technical personnel who had covered their faces, went to Ashraf and installed new jamming equipment on the towers. The installation of these equipments have caused widespread communications interference and noise on the television receivers, specially on the frequencies used by the Iran National TV, Simaye Azadi.
This suppressive and criminal measure, simultaneous with the presence of 400 agents of the Ministry of Intelligence (MOIS) in Moein complex in northern section of Ashraf, the presence of Brig. General Hamedani, Tehran’s IRGC commander, a number of IRGC and Quds Force officers around Ashraf, and continuation of psychological torture by 300 loudspeakers, reveals the ominous intentions of the religious fascism ruling Iran and its puppet government in Iraq for a massacre in Ashraf.
It is therefore clear that the issue is the increasing influence of the Iranian mullahs’ regime in Iraq and not the sovereignty of an independent Iraqi government that everyone has to respect.
The installation of 15-metre high communications towers was first approved in the mullahs’ regime National Supreme Council with the presence of Qasem Soleimani, and was installed since August 23 , 2011 with full support of the Ashraf suppression committee and Iraqi forces.
These towers and electronic jamming equipments were provided by “Ofogh Tose-eh Saberin Engineering Co.”, a subsidiary of IRGC coop foundation.
During the uprising of the Iranian people in 2009, the clerical regime installed similar equipments by this company in order to interfere with satellite and communications networks to counter the people’s uprising. Radiation by these equipments causes a multitude of blood, brain, nerve and internal diseases.
