Ruination of Pearl Memorial in Ashraf, an antihuman and anti-Islamic move by Quds Force and Iraqi forces

In an antihuman and anti-Islamic move, the agents of the terrorist Quds Force along with the Iraqi forces under Prime Minister’s command maliciously ruined the tombs of martyrs and the deceased in Ashraf by removing or breaking gravestones or destroying many tombs. FARS news agency, affiliated to the IRGC, in a report prepared by the Quds Force has published photos of this destruction showing uniformed Iraqi soldiers at the scene. (photos are attached)

In order to justify this brutality and ten years after Iraq’s occupation by U.S. forces, the IRGC news agency has fabricated lies by saying, “When Iraq was invaded by U.S., the Monafeqin opened some of the tombs and hid weapons there in a bid to use them when specifically needed.”
FARS then repeats previous ridiculous falsifications and says, “We go from the cemetery to the prison and torture chamber… it’s noteworthy that the torture chamber and mortuary are beside each other.” It then adds idiotically, “Many of torture devices have been taken to Camp Liberty or destroyed…”
Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has forgotten to write that the UN and the US government have transferred these torture devices to Liberty; because all the belongings of PMOI were being meticulously inspected peace by peace for days by Iraqi forces.
Aggression to Ashraf cemetery takes place while during discussions concerning transfer of Ashraf residents to Liberty, UNAMI authorities repeatedly emphasized guarantees to respect Ashraf memorial based on Islamic teachings and International Humanitarian laws.
The Iranian resistance calls on U.S., EU and UN to condemn this loathsome and illegal aggression to sanctuary of martyrs and deceased which is unacceptable in all religions and cultures. It also calls for preventing continuation of the invasion and destruction of this memorial by Iraqi and clerical regime’s IRGC forces.
