Mullahs’ ambassador unveils criminal plots against Ashraf and regime’s interference in Iraq’s Judiciary

NCRI – The Iranian regime’s ambassador to Iraq, Hassan Danaifar, who is one of the commanders of the terrorist Qods force and one of the masterminds of the regime’s terrorism in Iraq, said in an interview with the Iraqi state-run daily As-Sabah Al-Jadid on December 5, “This is a big question mark for us, because the hands of this organization (PMOI) are tainted with the blood of Iraqi people, especially in Kurdistan, Karbala and Najaf.

So, despite its disarmament, why has it remained intact and has not been dissolved?… the United States has classified this organization as a terrorist organization and has placed it among terrorist organizations….why should this organization be allowed to survive?…. it has been proved that this organization has committed crimes and massacres and we hold not only one document, but thousands of documents that prove that this organization has committed crimes here and there.”

Danaifar also unveiled the regime’s use of the Iraqi High Tribunal (IHT) to fabricate dossiers against the PMOI and also its role in issuing unlawful warrants on behalf of the IHT. He said, “Iraqi courts have recently issued an arrest warrant for 38 members of the Organization. They have not been put into effect though. Recently and once again, we, as the (Iranian) embassy, provided Iraqi officials and foreign ministry with a number of documents proving the crimes committed by this organization.”

Concurrently, the al-Iraqiya state-TV channel, being under the influence of Nouri al-Maliki, quoted Nadhim Farman al-Aboudi, head of the IHT, as saying, “This organization which is classified internationally as a terrorist one, came to Iraq in 80s. Judgment is judgment; judgment is like a sword. Whoever has committed a crime will be punished and chastised.” Al-Aboudi’s interview is supposed to be broadcast on Monday.

Earlier, in a statement on 15 July 2010, the Iranian Resistance announced, “A while ago, Kazemi Qomi, the Iranian regime’s former ambassador to Iraq, in a meeting with al-Maliki asked him to revive the arrest warrants against Ashraf residents in order to enjoy greater support from the Iranian regime for the formation of a new government in Iraq. Thus the documents forged by Iranian regime’s Qods Force and Ministry of Intelligence and Security were delivered to al-Maliki.”
On November 25, 2010, Dr. Allawi told Ashraq al-Awsat daily, “Iraq’s judiciary is influenced by political issues.” He also had told al-Iraqiya TV on December 7, 2010: “the Judiciary continues to remain under the influence of political issues and parties and it is not genuinely independent.”
