Al-Maliki’s criminal plot against Ashraf to please Khamenei and hold on to his post as Iraq premier

Achraf entrée principaleNCRI – According to the intelligence obtained from inside the terrorist Qods Force of the Iranian regime, Nouri al-Maliki, whose dream of renewing his post as Iraq’s Prime Minister appears to have been lost, is now trying to convince the Iranian regime to pressure the National Iraqi Alliance (a Shiite block backed by Tehran) to accept his premiership and in return he would step up plans to further suppress Ashraf residents. This is while there are some activities under way within Iraq and in the region to form a new Iraqi government.

According to the intelligence, al-Maliki has made a pledge with Qods Force to implement the rulings of the Criminal Court to arrest a number of Ashraf residents and put them on trial. He has also expressed his readiness to hand over some of those who “had committed crimes in Iran” to the Iranian regime on the basis of the bilateral agreement after their arrests. He has also pledged that the Iraqi forces, “in order to implement the Iraqi sovereignty and end the occupation of Iraqi lands” by People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI) in Camp Ashraf, would take certain measures.

On the verge of a visit to Iraq by Ali Larijani, Speaker of Majlis (mullahs’ parliament), al-Maliki has informed Tehran that he would start to form a joint coalition with the National Iraqi Alliance observing all the Iranian regime’s reservations, to prevent Dr. Ayad Allawi from becoming the Prime Minister. He has promised that if he became the Prime Minister, he is prepared to give certain concessions to the regime on the issue of border disputes and oil fields.

Al-Maliki and a number of his associates such as Ali Dabaq are extremely frightened that if they do not remain in power, they would be sent to jail for crime’s they had committed in the past four years.

The Iranian Resistance warns against this treacherous plot, which is a prelude to a humanitarian catastrophe and a crime against humanity in Ashraf, and reiterates that making deals over the national rights and sovereignty of Iraq aims to pave the way for domination of the Iranian regime over the whole region.
