Accusing the Mojahedin of killing the regime’s nuclear experts is nothing new and is a reaction to the exposure of the entirety of the mullahs’ nuclear structure and program as well as those involved by the Iranian Resistance.
In 1991, the PMOI exposed the regime’s nuclear projects. In 2002, the organization exposed Natanz and Arak sites that had been kept secret for years. For the first time in 2004, the PMOI identified Mohsen Fakhrizadeh as the official in charge of the regime’s bomb-making apparatus.
At the time, the U.S. and IAEA officials underscored that the PMOI had informed the world about the regime’s nuclear danger. In his memoirs, Rouhani wrote that “we were supposed to reach 50,000 centrifuges in 2003, but the 2002 revelations by the PMOI disrupted everything.”
The Iranian Resistance saved the world and the Iranian people from the danger of the mullahs’ speedy access to a nuclear bomb and blocked their path in this field, which the regime leaders emphasize is the guarantee to preserve the rule of the medieval theocracy.
