Maryam Rajavi expresses condolences to flood-stricken Iranians

Mrs Maryam Rajavi, President-elect of the Iranian Resistance, expressed her condolences to the stricken people of affected provinces for the tragic death of a number of helpless fellow Iranians due to the devastating floods in four provinces of Sistan and Baluchestan, Kerman, Fars and Hormozgan. While offering her condolences to the bereaved families of the flood victims, she wished for speedy recovery and patience for the injured of this flooding.

Flooding and cutting off roads in most villages of these four provinces has put our fellow citizens under siege, facing homelessness and death. According to official figures, flood has so far covered 52 villages and 10 cities and has taken the lives of 11 citizens and caused much loss to farms and residential areas.

The inhuman mullahs’ regime, which does not care for the lives and property of people, has not made an effective effort to provide aid to the victims as usual. Flood victims thus have been under difficult situation.

Mrs. Rajavi called on all people living in neighboring provinces and regions affected to rush to the aid of flood victims, independent of the regime’s repressive and plundering entities.
