Iran: Regime’s inhumane COVID-19 policies take the lives of 384,900

Yesterday’s death toll exceeded 2,300 for the 1st time

The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) announced on Wednesday, August 25, 2021, that the Coronavirus death toll in 547 cities across Iran had exceeded 384,900. The number of victims in Tehran has reached 90,446, Khorasan Razavi 27,185, Isfahan 25,470, Khuzestan 23,736, Mazandaran 14,950, Lorestan 13,625, Fars 13,622, West Azerbaijan 13,518, Gilan 13,085, Sistan and Baluchestan 11,485, Alborz 11,228, Qom 10,870, Kerman 9,918, Golestan 9,220, Hamedan 7,578, Central Province 7,403, Kermanshah 6,803, Hormozgan 6,670, Yazd 6,668, Kurdistan 6,112, Ardabil 4,740, Bushehr 4,414, Zanjan 3,900,Ilam 3,818, South Khorasan 3,516, and Chahar Mahal and Bakhtiari 3,040.
