The death toll in various provinces include: 36,311 in Tehran, 11,183 in Khorasan Razavi, 8,658 in Khuzestan, 8,389 in Isfahan, 6,413 in Lorestan, 6,285 in Qom, 5,422 in East Azerbaijan, 5,366 in Gilan, 4,489 in West Azerbaijan, 4,125 in Alborz, 4,026 in Fars, 3,926 in Golestan, 3,885 in Hamedan, 3,841 in Sistan and Baluchistan, 3,278 in Kermanshah, 2,692 in Central, 2,516 in Yazd, 2,478 in North Khorasan, 2,446 in Yazd, 2,452 in Kerman, 1,638 in Ardebil, 1,405 in Zanjan, 1,291 in South Khorasan, and 1,242 in Ilam.
