Reflecting on his association with NCRI, Reiss recounted his initial encounter with the organization during his tenure as Director of Policy Planning, noting the regime’s efforts to propagate misinformation about NCRI.

Reiss also discussed the challenges of countering Iranian propaganda and the importance of dispelling falsehoods perpetuated by the regime. He underscored the significance of efforts to delist the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) from the list of designated terrorist organizations, highlighting the regime’s fear of the MEK advocating for democracy and freedom in Iran.
