UNHCR remains deeply concerned about developments in relation to Camp New Iraq[Camp Ashraf], most notably the security of the remaining residents, not least in light of the horrific events leading to the death of 52 residents last week.
UNHCR urges that a peaceful solution be found and calls in particular on the Iraqi government to ensure the security of the residents.
