(Source: Echo)- SOUTHEND West MP David Amess has called for an independent UN investigation into claims of a massacre of Iranian refugees in Iraq.
Mr Amess made the call at a conference organised by the British Parliamentary Committee for Iran Freedom on Tuesday.
It heard claims Iraqi forces killed 52 Iranian dissidents, including six women, and took seven others hostage at Camp Ashraf, which houses members of the Iranian opposition in Iraq, on September 1.
