Iran: Anti-Khamenei slogans in Tehran and other cities

Student Day Protest – No. 1

NCRI – On the eve of Student Day, December 7, Tehran residents, especially youths, chanted anti-regime slogans including “Death to the dictator” and “Allahu Akbar” across the city last night.

Some of the popular activities in the capital and other cities such as Shiraz, Hamedan, Qazvin, Ahwaz and Ardebil include writing slogans on the walls and distribute anti-regime flyers. A large number of Bassij paramilitary force have been mobilized to wipe out graffiti on street walls.

In reaction to Ali Khamenei’s derogatory remark against the opponents of the regime, calling them as “germs,” people have spoiled money notes by writing on them “You are a germ.”
