NCRI – An Iranian regime official who routinely rationalizes the dictatorship’s draconian punishments and human rights violations, recently said, “More than 50 percent of hangings are retributions, and while the judge rules on these, the complainants are free to forgive or agree to such retribution.”
Javad Larijani, who is an advisor to the clerical regime’s judiciary, brazenly claimed, “I think the law should change with regards to drug traffickers, because the destination of these drugs is the West anyways. If they are not agreeing to help us why should we hang offenders, and later be forced to account for these executions in world human rights forums?”
