NCRI – Residents of the northern city of Rasht confronted a number of State Security Forces (SSF) who sought to hassle Iranian women for the veiling and forced them to flee the scene.
During the spontaneous protests against the regime’s SSF agents, people encircled their vehicle containing several agents in a street in Rasht and broke the car’s back window while letting out loud and incessant jeers coupled with the chants of “dictator! dictator!”
The SSF agents, who had previously sought to harass women for “mal-veiling,” were forced to quickly flee the scene.
