Iran: A physics teacher imprisoned for teaching in Kurdish

Bijar in Kurdistan IranNCRI – Ali Hesami, a physics high school teacher was arrested for teaching his students in their native language, Kurdish, in the Kurdish city of Divandareh.

He was detained by the mullahs' security forces on March 4 and transferred to nearby city of Bejar where he was tried and sentence to 81 lashes and two years prison term.

Hesami was also fired from his job. His students gathered outside the court house protesting to his sentence in Bejar on Wednesday.

The State Security Forces (SSF) —mullahs' suppressive police—cordoned the demonstrators and prevent them from getting closer to the court house.
