An elderly wrapped her self in her show and as tears rolled down her eyes because of the cold, said" They think they can stop the sun from shining! No way! We shall never let them stop democratic change in Iran. France has plotted, as did the Brits at the time of our popular leader Mossadegh, but this time there is a difference: there is a rooted, organized and strong resistance – PMOI – that is resolved to bring Freedom and Liberty for its people in Iran."
A young woman who seemed to be the press contact said: The EU Council must admit to its mistake, which has cost the Iranian resistance and the people much price. Since the last verdict of the EU Court on 4 December, the PMOI is not in the list. It is up to the EU Ministers to take a wise decision and announce officially that the PMOI is not in the list, or we shall win the case through a legal combat which will definitely bring only a legal scandal for the Ministers".

We are here to stress that after the 4 December judgment of the EU court in Luxembourg, which annulled the terror tag from the PMOI, It is time for the Council and its Presidency to admit that, appeasing an unstable religious dictatorship, the central Bank of terrorism in the region, by using the just resistance of the Iranian people and its pivotal force PMOI as bate, has come to an end!!
The past 7 years of this illegal and baseless designation, has provided the best opportunity for the religious dictatorship and the Islamic fundamentalism as well as terrorism emanating from it. It has been the best source of support for the religious fascism in Iran and has best disrupted the campaign against terrorism and the real terrorists.
The era of dirty deals with the religious fascists in Iran against the Iranian resistance has come to an end.
We announce our steadfast support for the Iranian resistance its pivotal force the PMOI, and denounce all the efforts on behalf of the mullahs' counterparts to hamper the process of a democratic change in Iran by the people and their resistance (PMOI)
