The workers who were demanding their overdue payments and removal of pressures and medieval suppression, chanted “We are Haft-Tapeh workers, we are hungry, we are hungry.”

The suppressive agents of the State Security Forces who feared the determination of the workers resorted to brutal attacks and beat them up.

3,000 of the striking workers demonstrated on streets of Shoosh from the factory to the city bazaar on Monday, June 9th, chanting anti-government slogans.

Thousands workers, striking over five weeks, demand  their overdue salaries, and called for removal of the factory director general and the head of the security in the factory.

Failing to respond to the demands of the workers after five weeks, the regime has resorted to brutal suppression of the workers.

The Iranian Resistance calls on labor organizations and unions, in particular the International Labor Organization (ILO), not to keep silent over the anti labor policies of the clerical regime and support the workers’ just demands.
