Maryam Rajavi warned against the regime taking advantage of the IAEA and called for comprehensive sanctions
NCRI – Today, the ruling religious fascism in Iran in a new scheme distributed a report in the IAEA claiming that “it is fully prepared to cooperate with the Agency,” the state-run news agency Fars reported. The report also added, “The IAEA eventually believed that Iran’s claim on plutonium project is true.”
Simultaneous with such claims, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad in his press conference today reiterated that the regime is a nuclear power and will never back off from its nuclear ambitions.
Mullahs’ Majlis (parliament) speaker, Gholamali Hadad-Adel, referring to the regime nuclear plans said, “We will never give up on our [nuclear] projects.”
In fact, the Iranian regime in total secrecy and full force ahead is trying to obtain enough weapons grade uranium and plutonium to build atomic bombs.
President-elect of the Iranian Resistance, Mrs. Maryam Rajavi said that the mullahs, with their ridiculous tactics and maneuvers, are trying to buy time, put off more sanctions, and prevent the international consensus.
She warned against the regime’s taking advantage of the IAEA and reminded that in last three decades the ruling religious dictatorship has not fulfilled any of its international commitments. Following the Iranian Resistance’s revelation of the two nuclear sites of Natanz and Arak, the regime has not honored any of its commitments to IAEA, European troika, the five permanent members of the UN Security Council and Germany.
Mrs. Rajavi added that a firm policy vis-ÃÂ -vis the Iranian regime prevents it from obtaining nuclear weapons and called on the UN Security Council to expedite imposition of comprehensive weapons, diplomatic, technological, and oil sanctions on the clerical regime.
