Iran’s nationwide uprising marked its 210th day on Thursday as protesters in various cities of Iran continue their anti-regime measures once again through a renewed campaign of night rallies to express their utter hatred of the ruling dictatorship. Reports tallied by the Iranian opposition, Mujahedin-e Khalq (MEK), suggests there have been more torching of pro-regime propaganda posters across the Iranian capital Tehran.

On Wednesday night, protesters in Rasht, northern Iran, torched a propaganda poster. This was in addition to the defiant youth’s operations, such as attacking the IRGC paramilitary Basij bases in Tehran, Shiraz, and Hamadan.
The MEK’s Resistance units have launched a new wave of anti-regime measures in Tehran and other cities in response to the mullahs’ compulsory hijab regulations and targeting of innocent schoolgirls in chemical gas attacks. Some of these measures include:

– MEK Resistance Units torched images of Khamenei and former IRGC Quds Force chief Qassem Soleimani in the cities of Sari, Rafsanjan, and Qazvin.
Locals in Tehran’s Punak and Shahrak-e Bagheri districts, and the town of Pardis in Tehran Province, were chanting anti-regime slogans on Wednesday night, including:
- “Down with Khamenei!”
- “Down with the dictator!”
- “Protests will not end!”
- “Release political prisoners!”
- “Down with the child-killing regime!”

In Bandar Abbas, a major portal city in southern Iran, locals took to the streets to launch anti-regime protests and block roads on Wednesday night. Those demonstrating in the streets were also chanting anti-regime slogans, including:
- “Khamenei, we will bury you!”
- “This is the year Seyed Ali (Khamenei) is overthrown!”

Severe Rainfall and Flooding in Six Provinces in Iran
Showers that started on Wednesday in several provinces in Iran continued on Thursday, causing floods and torrents. According to official accounts, so far, three people have been reported as dead because of the flooding.
State media have reported that 24 provinces are facing the risk of flooding. Twenty-five cities in six provinces of East Azerbaijan, West Azerbaijan, Ilam, Kurdistan, Kermanshah, and Lorestan are already affected by floods.
In the past 24 hours, Ilam province witnessed heavy rains, which caused damages such as the destruction of the Mosli Dam in Ilam and the flooding of 21 residential units. The director general of nomadic affairs in Ilam province announced the disconnection of 70% of the roads in Ilam province.
The head of the regime’s Red Crescent Organization in Qazvin announced a citizen of the eastern Alamut district of Qazvin was missing. He said: “Today, the flood swept away a 60-year-old woman in this area.”

US Fires ‘Warning Shot’ at EU Over Drive for IRGC Terror Prescription
More than 130 members of the US Congress have fired a “warning shot” to the EU in a letter calling for Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) to be declared a terrorist organisation and proscribed.
Addressed to the EU’s foreign policy chief Josep Borrell, the group said Iran was a “leading state sponsor of terror” that has for decades “freely and openly carried out plots targeting citizens in countries across the EU”.
As US President Joe Biden prepared to arrive in Northern Ireland on Tuesday to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the signing of the Good Friday Agreement, the conversation in Washington was centered on Iran.
Iran 2022 Executions Surge in Bid to ‘Spread Fear’: Rights Groups
AFP – Iran hanged 75 percent more people in 2022 that the previous years, two rights groups said on Thursday, denouncing an “execution machine” aimed at spreading fear as protests shook the country.
The figure of at least 582 executions was the highest since 2015 in Iran and well above the figure of 333 in 2021, the report by Norway-based Iran Human Rights (IHR) and Paris-based Together Against the Death Penalty (ECPM) said.
Last year was marked by the eruption in September of nationwide protests sparked by the death of Mahsa Amini, a 22-year-old ethnic Kurd who had been arrested for allegedly violating the strict dress rules for women.

Iran Sees Continuing Night Rallies Against the Mullahs’ Regime
Protesters in various cities of Iran are continuing their anti-regime measures once again through a renewed campaign of night rallies to express their utter hatred of the ruling dictatorship. The capital Tehran and the city of Bandar Abbas in the south have been witnessing locals protesting and chanting and slogans against the mullahs’ autocracy, while also taking to the streets, blocking roads, and torching pro-regime propaganda posters. People throughout Iran continue to specifically hold the mullahs’ Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei responsible for their miseries, while also condemning the oppressive Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) and paramilitary Basij units, alongside other security units that are on the ground suppressing the peaceful demonstrators.
Confession of Forgery of the Titles Ayatollah and Hojat Al-islam by Some Clergymen
In an investigation into titles such as “Ayatollah” and “Hojat al-Islam” by some members of the “Assembly of Researchers and Teachers” of Qom Seminary, it has been mentioned that these titles are fake. Recently, on February 16, 2023, Mohsen Ranani, a senior Iranian economist, in an article titled “Collapse,” examined the four stages of the collapse of governments in general and the Wilayat-e-Faqih reign, stating that three stages of the four stages of the collapse of the Wilayat-e-Faqih reign had occurred during the last year protests and only the fourth stage of the collapse of the government remained.
