Subject: Adjusting the amount of contract agreements
Due to the current special economic conditions in the country and the rise in prices, Armed Forces organizations are requesting notification of force majeure conditions. However, force majeure conditions have not been communicated to the country thus far. Considering the impact of the current economic conditions on contracts related to Armed Forces organizations, these organizations may adjust the prices of contractors’ agreements based on the effect of new economic conditions on items, goods, and services according to what is best for the organization.
It should be noted that each organization and its subordinate forces are responsible for providing the necessary resources for the adjusted prices.
