Reports of Protests on Wednesday
Residents of the villages around Sharafkhaneh, East Azerbaijan Province, blocked the Sharafkhaneh-Shabestar road today, protesting the lack of traffic standards that has led to serious car accidents and the loss of their loved ones.
Scammed clients of “King Money”, a cryptocurrency network, held a rally in Tehran and protested against the officials’ refusal to address their complaints.
Iran Khodro workers in Tabriz went on strike today and asked the incompetent manager to resign.

A Couple Was Hanged in Iran
The Iranian regime’s Judiciary hanged a young couple in Yasuj on Tuesday, December 23.
Siavash Ardashiri and his wife were arrested on December 18, 2018, and have been in prison ever since. The couple was executed at Yasuj Central Prison on Tuesday morning.
During the last month, the clerical regime executed at least 19 people, including a woman, in various prisons in Gohardasht and Ghezelhesar in Karaj, central Qazvin, Qom, Isfahan, Zahedan, Mashhad, Shiraz, Kerman and Rasht.

Concerned Voices in Tehran About Grossi’s Report to the IAEA Board of Governors
Jalal Sadatian, the Iranian regime’s former ambassador to the United Kingdom said: “If the UN watchdog chief, Rafael Grossi submits a damning report to the agency and the board of governors, it is possible that another resolution would be passed by the BoG. If that happens this time, the case will likely be referred to the UN Security Council, and that is where the danger lies.”
According to Setareh Sobh newspaper, Sadatian warned: “The second (nuclear) site that the IAEA insisted on visiting had not been open to visit so far. This has become an excuse for them [the West] to say that activities have taken place outside the agency’s safeguards.”
The state-run Jahan-e-Sanat newspaper also wrote: “The IAEA statements can set the stage for decision-making and issuing resolutions against us. Considering the parliamentary bill that is calling for the withdrawal of the Additional Protocols, Grossi’s latest statements can to a large extent, lead to decisions being taken against Iran.”

UN Condemned Arman Abdolali’s Execution

Liz Throssell, the spokeswoman for the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, wrote in a statement posted on the website of the UNHCHR: “We condemn the execution today in Iran of Arman Abdolali, who was below the age of 18 at the time of his alleged crime. It is deeply alarming and shocking that his hanging went ahead, despite interventions by numerous parties on the case, including direct engagement by the UN Human Rights Office with the Government of Iran. The execution of child offenders is categorically prohibited under international human rights law, and we remind Iran that it is obliged to abide by this prohibition.”
Germany Condemned Armin Abdolali’s Execution

Barbell Kofler, the Human Rights Commissioner at the German Foreign Ministry, condemned the execution of Arman Abdolali in Iran. A statement from Barbell Kofler, published on the German Foreign Ministry’s website on Wednesday stated:
I was shocked by the execution of Arman Abdolali, who was a teenager at the time of the crime. The death penalty is an inhumane form of punishment that the [German] federal government rejects under all circumstances. In addition, Iran has ratified both the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (OHCHR) as well as the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights. These two conventions prohibit the execution of minors and persons under the age of 18 at the time of the crime. There are also significant doubts about the observance of the principles of the trial in relation to Abdolali’s faith. I urge the authorities in Iran to immediately suspend the execution of the next death sentence and to refrain from executing it in principle.”

Mrs. Rajavi Called On the EU to Designate IRGC and MOIS
Today, Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, president-elect of the National Council of Resistance in Iran cautioned French legislators about the Iranian regime’s deceit of the international community during nuclear negotiations and vowed about the Iranian Opposition’s resolve to overthrow the terrorist regime in Tehran.
Addressing the French National Assembly via a televised speech, Mrs. Rajavi said: “For 30 years, with a hundred accounts of revelations, the Iranian Resistance has informed the world about the regime’s intention to acquire the nuclear bomb. In August 2002, it revealed two major nuclear sites. Unfortunately, the world missed this opportunity to end the mullahs’ dangerous activities. Today the IAEA believes that the regime is close to making a bomb, an outcome of the policy of complacency.”
Mrs. Rajavi added: “Six nationwide uprisings in recent years in Iran have shown the fragility of the dictatorship. Khamenei has shown how afraid he is of the people by killing at least 1,500 people in the November 2019 uprising. By acquiring the nuclear bomb and interfering in countries of the Middle East, he wants to guarantee his power.”
President-elect of the NCRI concluded: “The critical question is whether Europe and the West will stand with the Iranian people for freedom and democracy or the mullahs whose end has begun? We call on Europe and France to be firm. Human rights should be at the heart of any negotiations with this regime. We call on them to put the Revolutionary Guards and the Ministry of Intelligence on the list of terrorist organizations.”

Iranian State-affiliated Websites Were Hacked
According to the state-run Mehr news agency, a website affiliated with Ahmad Alamalhoda, Ali Khamenei’s representative in Khorasan Razavi Province, was targeted by a cyberattack and became unavailable. Other state-run media sources also reported that the websites of the Ministry of Justice and the Assembly of Experts were also hacked and became unavailable.
The state-run website Entekhab wrote today: “In the last two weeks, the systems related to the collection and evaluation of the country’s dam reserves have been completely cut off. During a telephone interview, an informed source disclosed that there has been no access to the country’s dam reserves whatsoever.”
Ali Ranjbaran, the website’s manager was quick to blame the regime’s opposition and told state reporters that the attackers have used slogans that belong to the Mojahedin-e-Khalq Organization.
Ranjbaran said: ” The Monafeqin (Arabic word for “hypocrites”, a term used by the Iranian regime to smear the MEK) have repeatedly insulted and threatened the representative of the Supreme Leader in Khorasan Razavi.”

Iranian Regime Executed Another Teen Offender
Today, Arman Abdolali, who was arrested in 2013 at the age of 17 on murder charges, was hanged by the Iranian regime’s Judiciary, after eight long years in prison. Arman was transferred to death row at Gohardasht Prison on November 21 to await his execution.
Amnesty International had warned on October 9: “The execution of Arman Abdulali is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, November 3rd. Arman Abdulali, who was a teenager at the time of his arrest, has been transferred to solitary confinement for the fourth time in the last three weeks. Iran is violating international law by sentencing juveniles to death.”
On October 12, the National Council of Resistance of Iran called on the UN Secretary-General, the Human Rights Council, and the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights as well as other human rights organizations to take immediate action to save the life of Arman Abdulali.

Trial of the Executioner Hamid Noury in Stockholm, Rally in Ashraf 3, and Demonstrations by Iranian Resistance Supporters in Sweden — November 23, 2021
The trial of the executioner Hamid Noury began at 9 am local time in Stockholm, Sweden. Hamid Noury will be heard in court from Tuesday, November 23 for 4 days. This session is dedicated to the interrogation of Noury by the prosecutor, the plaintiffs’ lawyers, and the judge. On Monday, the Iranian resistance transferred a replica of the Gohardasht prison made by the MEK members and the Ashraf 3 plaintiffs used in the Durrës court to Sweden at the court’s request. It transferred it to the court building in Stockholm for use in subsequent hearings.
Iranians Getting Poorer After Raisi’s First 100 Days in Office
The cabinet of the Iranian regime President Ebrahim Raisi promised to reduce the country’s economic dilemmas and people’s livelihood problems and to boost the country’s economy. State media, however, while quoting the Regime Statistics Center and official government numbers, are reporting that the claims made by Raisi and members of the cabinet are wrong, and not only has the country’s economy and people’s livelihood not improved but inflation and commodity prices have risen.
Growing Concern Over Conditions of Iranian Political Prisoners Ali Younesi and Amirhossein Moradi
Two Iranian students are at the risk of being put on an unfair trial and possibly being sentenced to death, Amnesty International warned on Monday. Ali Younesi and Amirhossein Moradi have been subjected to torture and harsh treatment in Tehran’s Evin prison since their arbitrary arrest on April 10, 2020.
Over 9000 Girl Children, 10-14, Married in Iran in Spring 2021
Over 9000 girl children, 10-14, were married in Iran in spring 2021. The National Statistics Center of Iran announced that 9,753 young girls between 10 and 14 were married in spring 2021. (The state-run ISNA news agency – November 22, 2021). During the same period, 45,522 girls between 15 and 19 years old were also married. Young girls between 10 to 14 years old gave birth to 969 infants, and young women between 15 and 19 years old gave birth to 44,896 infants.
