The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) announced on Sunday, November 14, 2021, that the COVID-19 death toll in 547 cities had surpassed 475,800. In Tehran, the number of victims has reached 111,615, Khorasan Razavi 38,855, Isfahan 32,505, Khuzestan 29,015, West Azerbaijan 17,728, Fars 17,550, Mazandaran 17,400, Gilan 16,565, Sistan and Baluchestan 13,245, Qom 12,910, Central Province 8,683, Ardabil 5,960, Qazvin 5,439, Bushehr 5,319, South Khorasan 4,106, and Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad 3,534.
