• UAE freezes accounts of nine Iranian individuals and entities
The UAE Securities and Commodities Authority has ordered companies to identify and freeze the accounts and assets of nine Iranian individuals and entities the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has placed on its list of entities and individuals it identifies as terrorists and terrorist organizations, according to national news agency WAM.
In May, the country placed the nine on the list for suspected connections with Iran’s elite Revolutionary Guards after the United States did the same.

The Office for the Protection of the Constitution in the state of North-Rhine Westphalia, a regional intelligence agency, said in its annual report for 2017.
“In North Rhine-Westphalia, as well as nationwide, there has been increased activities of the so-called Quds” the intelligence agency, which is a special unit of the Iran Revolutionary Guard and has “its own intelligence department, security services, and counterintelligence,” the report stated.

On Tuesday, July 3, 2018, the looted investors of the Caspian Credit Institute launched a protest against the looting of their property and demanded the return of their deposits from the institute in Rasht, Iran.
The angry protesters chanted:

– “What did the hands behind the curtain do with our money?”
The protesters confronted the security guards of the institute building as one of the angry women in the gathering told the police officer: “You are protect the thief.”
