Iran: Stock Losers of Financial Firms Rally in Various Cities

NCRI – People who have lost their money to the Caspian financial firm are continuing their rallies in various cities across Iran, including Tehran where many protested outside the parliament on Wednesday.

In Neishabour and Mashhad, northeast Iran, rallies were held and protesters chanted against Iran’s Central Bank chief Valiollah Seif, accusing the Caspian firm of stealing their money and Seif supporting its measures.

“In the past few weeks we have come to this institute demanding answers about our money, and we have only been provided negative replies. All their branches are closed throughout the province and even the national branch refuses to provide any answers,” the protesters said.

It is worth noting the Arman Development Company, with over 20 years of experience, announced bankruptcy this year alongside the Caspian firm. This led to rallies by those who had invested in these two financial firms.
