Locals in Iraq rallied in the cities of Najaf, Karbala, Babil (Babylon), West Hamzah, Al Diwaniyah and Nasiriyah, holding demonstrations and calling for an end to the control enjoyed by Iraqi proxies and groups associated to the mullahs’ regime ruling Iran. These demonstrators also called for legal action and accountability against those individuals who ordered and carried out the killing sprees targeting civilian protesters and demonstrators.
In the city of Najaf, brave youths torched several provincial checkpoints and the home of Najaf province governor Luay al-Yassiry, who is known and despised for his very close association to the mullahs’ regime ruling Iran. The protesters are demanding he hand his resignation and step down from his post.

Majlis Research Center: Iran’s Economy in Freefall and Reaching Destruction
The Iranian regime’s economy is in a freefall and reaching the point of complete destruction. The regime’s wasting of the national wealth and plundering people’s assets to fund its warmongering and terrorism machine, nuclear activities, and the Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) has resulted in an economic catastrophe. In addition, the regime’s institutionalized, systematic, and widespread corruption has increased the economic hardships in Iran. In such a case, the coronavirus crisis has caused unemployment for millions of Iranians and increased economic problems.

During its session on May 31, the new parliament of the mullahs was presented the report by Mohammad Ghasemi, the head of the center.
