NUMBER OF VICTIMS (AS OF APRIL 23, 2020, 6:00 PM CEST):
The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI) announced this afternoon, April 23, 2020, that Coronavirus has taken the lives of more than 34,200 in 296 cities across Iran.
The death toll in various provinces include: 5,815 in Tehran, 2,220 in Mazandaran, 1,605 in Khuzestan, 1,105 in Golestan, 770 in Lorestan, 535 in Sistan & Baluchistan, 530 in Kurdistan, 435 in Qazvin, 325 in Bushehr, and 289 in Chaharmahal & Bakhtiari. This is in addition to cases registered in other provinces.

WHAT ARE THE IRAN PROTESTS OF 2019?
Thursday, April 23, 2020, marks the 161st day since the beginning of the nationwide Iran protests.
The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) has identified 755 of the more than 1500 protesters killed by the regime so far.
Mrs. Maryam Rajavi the President-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) has called on the United Nations to urgently send an international fact-finding mission to Iranian prisons to meet with the detainees.
