NUMBER OF VICTIMS (AS OF APRIL 3, 2020, 6:00 PM CET):
The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI) announced this afternoon, April 3, 2020, that Coronavirus has taken the lives of more than 16,800 in 238 cities across Iran.
The death count in different provinces includes: 215 in East Azerbaijan, 375 in West Azerbaijan, 1585 in Isfahan, 60 in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari, 40 in South Khorasan, 1300 in Khorasan Razavi, 720 in Khuzestan, 235 in Fars, 275 in Gazvin, 1720 in Qom, 285 in Kurdistan, 200 in Kerman, 435 in Kermanshah, 810 in Golestan, 1510 in Gilan, 473 in Lorestan, 265 in Central province and 405 in Hamadan. This is in addition to the death toll in other provinces.
